Quality
We only sell genuine Lego(R) parts. We hand-count the majority of our orders and all parts are quality checked during picking and packing. In the unlikely event of any issues, please contact us to resolve the matter.
Timescales
Most of our orders are posted the same or next working day (depending on what time the order is received), though we do allow ourselves up to 3 working days to process the order. If we need to contact you for any reason, the order will be prioritised as soon as we have received a response.
UK customers can choose between express and standard delivery. Express orders are shipped using the Royal Mail 24 service. Standard delivery orders are picked and packed after all express orders have been processed and are sent using the Royal Mal 48 service. Orders outside of the UK are sent airmail, but the actual delivery time will vary depending on the destination.
Where an invoice is issued prior to payment, orders that are not paid for within 5 working days of invoice will be cancelled unless prior consent has been agreed.
Packaging
By default we pack using lots of bags to keep different lots of multiple pieces separate. If you prefer us to use less packaging or no plastic at all (we can use paper bags on request), please let us know when placing the order.
Shipping
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, value, and volume of the order. The tables below will give an indication of what you can expect to pay when you check out. Note that packaging needs to considered in weights and dimensions.
